Tod calls in after returning home from the hospital, post Death Valley Rally crash. He's out for '08 but already committed to the Dakar in '09. A major twist, just weeks before his planned departure for Lisbon and the starting line, hear how he's dealing with it all.

Canadian Don Hatton calls in after the final training ride before Dakar. With less than two weeks before departure, the team traveled to the California desert for some last minute navigation and dunes training.

Canadian Privateer Tod Davidson calls in from the airport on his way to a final desert training session in California.  He'll be joined by Don Hatton, Charlie Rauseo, Jonah Street, and the crew from Rally PanAm as they tackle several hundred miles of roadbooked route on their way to the Glamis Dunes.

2 Way conversation with Ned as he was headed to the Todos Santos checkpoint at RM 1220.  Lyndon is currently on the bike and has been since the early swap with Tim at RM 1040.  Bad whoops for the first 30 miles after RM 1040.

Possibility of rider swap at Todos Santos, otherwise Pyn will bring it home.

Mark from 5x/19x support crew calls in.  5x has finished in 5th or 6th despite trouble last night.  19x having clutch problems but past Todos Santos crossing and now near the home stretch.  Well done, guys!

Ned Calls in with clarification on the resolution of the flat/wheel incident.

Lyndon is on the bike and underway.  Ned may remount later if Lyndon tires.

Pyndon calls in.  They intercepted Tim at a road crossing at RM 1040.  Tim is stressed -- lots of trucks, buggies, and dust, but continuing.

The most fun call-in yet!  Half Fast calls in from ADV pit 2, RM200 at 11pm with a Japanese piloted scrambler coming through with no light of his own, buddy in tow for illumination!  Awesome!

Caught up with Robb McElroy at about 10pm Monday.  He was looking for position info from the web (which is strangely lacking).  He had dropped Ned off at RM 375 (or so) for the handoff and returned to the ADV pits at RM 200.

All ADV except 1 car through RM 200 at this time.
